By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application ("App") published by Vela Era Digital Apps LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps. These Terms apply to all users of our Apps, including DesiFlix - OTT Guide and Vaanilai - Live Weather.

DesiFlix is an OTT aggregator and entertainment discovery app that helps users find South Asian movies, TV shows, and web series across multiple streaming platforms. DesiFlix does not host, stream, or provide direct access to any copyrighted content. It serves as a guide to help users discover where content is available. Vaanilai is a live weather application that provides real-time weather data, forecasts, air quality information, and astronomy data using publicly available weather APIs. Both Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

When using our Apps, you agree to: • Use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Apps • Not use the Apps to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content • Not interfere with or disrupt the Apps or servers connected to the Apps • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or related systems • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Vela Era Digital Apps LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Movie and TV show information displayed in DesiFlix is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and is used in accordance with their API terms of use. TMDB content remains the property of their respective owners. Weather data displayed in Vaanilai is sourced from public weather APIs and is subject to their respective terms of service.

Our Apps may display content from or link to third-party services, including but not limited to streaming platforms, TMDB, and weather data providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Streaming availability information shown in DesiFlix is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. We recommend verifying availability directly on the respective streaming platform before subscribing or purchasing. Your use of any third-party services is subject to those services' own terms and conditions.

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vela Era Digital Apps LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to: • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Warranties that the Apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Apps • Warranties that defects in the Apps will be corrected No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Apps shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vela Era Digital Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with: • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Apps • Any conduct or content of any third party referenced in or linked from the Apps • Any content obtained from the Apps • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data stored locally on your device Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the Apps (if any).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Apps at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Apps. We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the App or on our website. By continuing to use our Apps after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Apps shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
